Kodi does not check the Python Config, buildroot has by default "Precompiled
only" but Kodi need "Uncompiled Python Scripts" this should also be an
dependency

i mean : "Kodi needs "Python .py and .pyc support" otherwise it crashes when
pressing buttons.
